i am a total noob on this matter
i am wondering where i can find a flash utility for my bios and where i can find an update for my motherboard drivers

A Tulip Vision Line xm/TP106 using a DTK board?
BTW, I only found a BIOS for it at www.tulip.fr but it's the very same release you already have.

man how do you do those miracles? it is in fact a tulip vision line xm
for the rest i have no clue what it means :)

i found some award flash utilities for award modular bios 4.51pg, but i cant use it just like that right? i need to have a specific one?
oh and where can i find motherboard driver updates?

Forget about flashing the board if you don't really need to. I haven't found a more recent BIOS anyway.

Since it's an Intel BX-based motherboard, the latest drivers are at www.intel.com

If you have onboard sound/VGA/LAN/etc., then you'll need others too.
