Hi,

I recently got a Primus motherboard but I can't find a manual for it anywhere on the Web. I've been to Primus' site (no manuals there), I've emailed the company asking for assistance (I doubt they'll want to help me) and I'm rather stuck. I'd like to test the board but I don't know how big of a processor I can put in there. It's a Socket A board that I bought untested.

Please post your full BIOS info. Primus is most likely a simple reseller.

I think Primus is the auctual manufacturer. Their web site is here. I've never had the motherboard working before because I don't have a processor for it. The BIOS chip on the board says "686 AMIBIOS" with numbers 5952 and a code AR31, if that helps. All that information is on a sticker on the BIOS chip.

Since it doesn't seem like the board is inside any PC case, why don't you scan it and give us a link to it's photo? We "might" be able to identify it.
