What will you use the ASM code for?

Found the information, I have my MMC-2 750 running at a Vcore of 1.48V. I did this by removing resistors R3 and R14. This .12V drop is totally stable so far but a .2V drop is not at all stable and causes a blue screen in windows every boot.

Shaving this .12V off Vcore reduces the operating temp ALOT.

Has anyone had experience with lowering the vcore of the PIII 750Mhz MMC-2 to 1.35v? I have been reading through the thread but the only information I can find is for the older design MMC-2 PIII.

The max you can use is two low density pieces in the two expansion slots and one 128MB in the hidden "system" slot. I recently found a program that can enable and set the transfer rate of Intel 440BX and ZX chipsets as well as modify other parameters.

It is called AGP_info..there is a problem though when I try to run it I ge the error "Eprivilege".

I know what your saying about the clock generator. I used sharedoc's method for overclocking the CPUCLK FSB. What I'm not sure of though is if the AGPCLK is controlled by the same IMI chip.

looks like the reason is that the AGP bus is running at 108Mhz instead of 66Mhz like spec should be. From what I read the AGP bus needs to be at around 66Mhz to operate correctly. no you need to get a 600E or 600X bottom half and Inverter on Ebay if you want to use a PIII.
