There is an Azz download page at http://www.azzatek.com.cn/download/bios_download.htm I can't find any reference to KT400AHL. It might help if you posted the BIOS ID string. No I cannot send an Bios string because my machine just does not boot. IF I can obtain the file I will flash it on another PC.

My motherboard killed its BIOS while upating ESCD
