we know dell use phoenix rom plus bios, delldeco can decode the dell bios.
how we can get delldeco ?

I need to decompress a Dell Dimension 8300 bios because update fail.
Is there anyone that got DELLDECO? the links doesn't work anymore.
I can share others decompressor like Awardeco,Amideco etc.

if this correct maybe can help you

the power button press run the bios bootloader unpack the bios image to the ram and execute. You must reverse the a bios bootloader and in yor hand the compression solution. If you need only a settings modification try to pach the bios settings in NVRAM temporary (symcmos.exe) this solution work only when the bios settings not reseted or not reflashed.

I think the bios_extract tool mentioned at http://libv.livejournal.com/19066.html can handle Dell BIOS as well. No guarantees, though.
