Recently i tried to get into my bios, and every thing was grayed! I am trying to upgrade from 2000pro to xp pro and i need my computer to boot from disk because it wont boot normally. After installing the upgrade "sucessfully," my computer restarted and came up with a few different options to start my computer, ie...safe mode, safe with networking, etc. None of which worked. It is set to where i have to enter a password to enter bios and it takes it fine, however, the bios options are still grayed. Any ideas on how to get past this would be very helpful. My mb is an ECS ELITEGROUP L4VXA2. Thanks.
