Hi Guys,

I'm really stuck and ASUS are being next to useless, basically I think I need to update the nvidia PXE boot rom code in my ASUS Pundit P1-AH2 (current bios is 0301 and has a small problem).

I have had a go with CBROM and all seems to go fine until I flash the actual BIOS then I get no post from the system and have to hot flash back to standrd bios 0301.

I'm now at my wits end with it, I'm wondering if anybody would be kind enough to make some custom BIOS version 0301 files for me to try with different versions of the nv pxe boot rom (i'm not sure exactly what is the latest version.

I know versions that have problems for me are;

229.0525 (this is included in bios 0203 and has some bugs)
240.0532 (this is included in bios 0301 and also causes a problem, not the same bug as 229.0525)

If anybody would be kind enough to help me out I would be very gratefull.

Many Thanks

Peter

Well its been a while since I have tried it but it thinkn it was version 606 maybe?

The code I need to change I believe is a module called NVPXE.

most recent nvpxe I can find is 2.12.0503 so not entirely sure where you got those revision numbers from. I'll try and find out anyway.

Great thanks!,

any version other than the two I have listed would be worth trying.

It seems ASUS are being slightly more co operative now and trying to help so if I can get a newer pxe bios I will post it on here.

Thanks gaian for your help
