When i run everest it tells me some settings are disabled but capable on the motherboard. Can someone take a look at this BIOS and tell me if it's possible to unlock menus or even add them and if it is what can i use?

I recently got this motherboard EliteGroup 760GX-M2 Rev 3.0 Socket 754, I noticed the BIOS has a lack of available settings to change, it uses an AMI bios this one at the top http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWeb/Downloads/ ... 35&LanID=8
