Do not known how to answer your question. However, the document 29040609.pdf mentioned that the letters just in front of the "150" (speed value" can take the value T for top bootblock or B for bottom bootblock.

Bios seemed to work ok but when the saved file of the flashed bios is compared to the source the checksum is different? The flashing included the overwriting of the bootblock of course! This happened with 2 dif...

Also acquired a strange chip, marking as follows:

M506/7 9-1
CN007
549C5C73AQI

Cannot be identified by UNIFLASH even at 12volt.
Anyone seem this kind of marking before?

The HT 22025 is detected by UNIFLASH as MACRONIX MX 28F1000T/12V and the HT36580 as 28F010/12V.

Was surprised that UNIFLASH proceeded to detect the chip straight away as W29x010 and started to write! So Rainbow was right! F...
