can a 810lmr take this

can my pcchips 810lmr board take a duron 1.2ghz and can it run on a 300watt power supply. Another question i had a duron 800 will i need to by a new fan to run the 1.2ghz thanks.

just to add i have the rev 3.0A of the board with the latest bios.

REV 1.6 & REV 5.0 CAN SUPPORT DURON CPU OVER 1.0G.
