need bios update MS CUBA MS-7301

Ive got this motherboard running with intel core 2 duo e6600 just got e8500 realy cheap and now wont run im guessing its the bios because i checked the chip and it supports it but couldnt find any information from the vendor its packard bell no idea what bodel is so if anyone can help much apreaciated

I don't know where you found information that the E8xxx CPUs are supported. The chipset on your board does not support them:

That is a hardware limit that cannot be overcome with any software, BIOS or otherwise. It is not just the FSB but also the voltages that are different.
