I have a Toshiba 1555 cds and want to upgrade the AMD 380 k6-2 processor. I've had it apart and can find no multiper jumpers. I also can't find anything on the net about doing this upgrade on the Toshiba. Its impossible for me to believe no one has tried it. My hope is somebody here has tried it, knows somebody that has tried it or knows that it absolutely won't work. I plan on using a k6-2 or 3+. The core voltage is already correct, obviously. Are the jumpers hardset on the board or softset in the bios? Tech support, as usual, was no help at all. HELP! Thanks. KRH
