I want to know if i use Update0.rom for a more recent bios and put it in my bios,all are ok ? (no cheksum prob,etc...)

Keep in mind that UPDATE0.ROM is not a generic file. A correctly written UPDATE0.ROM file will contain microcode updates for all processors compatible with the specific motherboard for which it was written.
You should therefore update each microcode manually with the latest revision.
Provided that a manually modified UPDATE0.ROM file is identical in size to the original, no checksum correction should be necessary.
