the POST error is just a silly cpu fan glitch, its working and all but you need to disable the detection gubbins.

got the boot order to disk first and it found my hard drives.

is it even stuck? it gives me the option to F1 reset or F10 exit. it never beeped at me or anything else to indicate its done. theres meant to be a jumper called jmode1 and ive seen it on the board physically but there be no pins there! they determine the voltage for flashing apparently... it says n...
