harddrive second not work to my computer

I have install hard drive second (model WD800) but bios is no working in my computer is:

Dell, optiplex GX400
P4, 1.5000 MHz

please show to me how to setting jumper with previous harddrive and second.

I assume your original hard drive has the operating system on it, so jumper it as "Master" and it should be connected at the last connector on the ribbon cable. The drive that you added should be jumpered as "Slave" and should connect to the middle connector on the ribbon cable.
