Does the mobo support UDMA 33? The manual says it does. My HDD is frikkin slow, so I quess my HDD doesn't support UDMA.

Does the board have PCI 2.2 slots? They should be atleast 2.0, cus my ADSL modem card needs it.

Thanks!

Nope. UDMA33 is a no-no on that board. Not PCCHIPS' fault, but ALi's.
PCI is 2.1 on that board.

Could I get UDMA to work with UDMA PCI card? Is there a prog which could identify does my HDD support UDMA? Faster HDD and my comp would be good enough for a while...

Sure you can use a PCI IDE card. Check your HDD manufacturer's site to find out about your HDD specs.

The card should have its own BIOS which should support at least up to 128GB.
