PLCC to DIL converter , or backward

hi , I'm lookning for some info how to build converter to program PLCC chips on my DIL motherboard. I have some pdfs (DILL chips) but i wasnt able to find any PLCC pdfs , i know i'm hopeless searcher

I have dead shuttle AV-22 motherboard with 4MB PLCC chip and only DILL workimg mobos (ASUS a7v133 at the time)
plz help

thank you , in the mean time i found some newer pdfs with plcc schematics "kiev.ru something jabadaba" site was not reachable (and is now) and i couldnt find any decent pdfs (i had one from 97 year )
