Usually insufficient CPU-cooling or weak PSU or memory timings too fast for your RAM
Start your PC with FSB133 and monitor temps/PSU voltages via Motherboard Monitor (with activated LOG-function)

Temp look high - please compare the temps from windows with the temps in Bios - seems HW-sensors are a little mixed
5V-line is on the low end - possible cause for instabilities
Better use MBM and use HOT-CPU-Tester to set your system under load - maybe the voltages drop again

Performance Tips
Notice 224 : SMBIOS/DMI information may be inaccurate.
Tip 2511 : Some memory slots are free so the memory can be easily upgraded.
Warning 2541 : FSB exceeds Chipset rated speed. Reduce FSB.
Warning 2544 : System/Video shared memory greatly reduces performance. Use external video card.
Warning 2518 : Mainboard temperature is too high.
