The specs of the card you can use depend more on your power supply than on your motherboard/processor. Most games are GPU-intensive, not CPU-intensive. Even a 7850 cannot fully utilize the PCIexpress 2.0 so your board is not limiting that card.
What brand/model is your power supply?

bronze is a qualification not a brand. the brand is important because an el cheapo 500W supply will not be enough where a good branded one will do the job. please find the make and the model.

Ostor and CapXcon capacitors... I don't expect it to last long, about 5 years will be the maximum because of the use of low-end capacitors.
If you have the budget and it is already past 3 years old, replace it with a new unit from a decent brand like OCZ, Corsair or Seasonic. The reason is the capacitors in your current PSU already have deteriorated enough to lower the maximum output by about 30% and 350W is not going to be enough for your new planned card.
