Looking on the msi site your board I think has on board Graphics (ATI). Have you tried putting a video card in incase the shared memory has been disabled in bios. (preferable Pci)

If someone can help I have a dead (Bad Bios Flash) ms 6367 nForce chip mother board which has a 3.3v Plcc bios chip and a ms 6570E nForce2 chip mother board which also has a 3.3v Plcc bios chip (Working).
