make a backup of your current bios with
awdflash /Pn /Sy backup.bin
from a bootable DRDOS7 bootdisk you can find here:
http://www.bootdisk.com
use awdflash 5.35 or 6.x
then unpack the file and use
awdflash /Py /Sn AVX55.bin /CC/CD/CP
to flash the new bios. Use at your own risk.
