I have tried both the standard and alternate jumper settings along with the Western Digital diagnostics. I can write zeros to the drive using DLGDiag.exe, but the dlgsetup11_dos.zip utilities do not see the drive. I have changed the CMOS settings according to the dlgsetup11_dos.zip instructions. I am having trouble finding a newer BIOS version. Is there a newer version, and will it solve the problem?
