Hi. I have just put a Seagate Barracuda 200gb hard disk into a HP e-pc 40 (intel i815E chipset), which the bios doesnt recognise the full size, only about 120gb.
I have download lastest HP bios, makes no difference.

Is there a bios update, or module i can load into the bios to fix this problem ?

I don't know of one. When running Windows I believe Intel have a driver; or you may have to set parameters in the BIOS to be smaller than the real size of the HDD and rely on the OS to detect the real size (Windows 2000 and XP do this).
