Not a BIOS problem. You cannot change it.
Drive spec:
Multiword DMA mode 2:16.6MB/sec
Ultra DMA mode 2:33.3MB/sec
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.

You might have to update either your CDRW's firmware or your CD burning program.

i have the most updated nero program .
when i put blank cd on it shows write max 40 when it is empty it shows 52 max.
but the blank cd i put is already 56 x compatible.
and also read speed is 40 max.
i have 2 seagate 1 maxtor disk.2 seagate is in uata100 mode i made it with seagate tool.
but my maxtor is uata66 mode.
and cdrw is yata33 mode.
how can i make it to uatat100.
is this problem arise from my motherboard?

So, either the CD really isn't 56x speed compatible, or your system just can't burn that fast and Nero is throttling back.

No, they aren't. Your chipset WILL NOT RUN ANY FASTER THAN ATA-33.

Buy an EIDE controller card and a CDRW that supports ATA-100.
