??GB: matsonic ms6260s

I bought a used computer for my granddaughter it has a matsonic ms6260s mb. ami bios 51-0129-000000-00111110-071595-579-m579-t99
I am trying to resolve shutting down problems i have reformatted hd reinstalled os and it still wont shut down properly i cant seem to find an upgrade from matsonic. The bios says 7/15/95 i dont have a lot of money in the comp. i have flashed 2 of my machines so far with help from here.

Yes i went there and got the bios update and flash utility when i tried to use the flash utility i got an error flash not found cannot continue.

Try Uniflash from www.uniflash.org as Flash Utility
Make sure you carefully read the Bios Update instructions from your mainboard manufacturer or in our Bios FAQ or Collected Wisdom section
