what capacity of hd?

bios ver 4.51 PG
BIOS extension V1.0a

my question is, im planning to buy a hard disk for this kind of board. I know its quite old, but what capacity of hard disk is compatible with this board?10G?or even 20 G will do? or do i have to upgrade bios? i also want to upgrade its processor. but what maximum processor type? pls. help. thanks in advance

Maximum CPU most likely Pentium II 333, maybe Celeron 433.
