GA-686BX m/b dead

Can I pls have a minute of your time
I have a GA-686Bx M/b with award bios also bios ID is :-
05/13/1998-i440-2a69KG09c-00
I was to upgrade my bios with flash utility- FLASH855.exe. I booted with system disk only then typed the flash utility a: prompt the utility came on screen I notice it was wrong utility so Ctrl,ALt Deleted To reboot.
Now the computer wont come up on screen the fan on the cpu starts up but nowt else.
Could you please advise me on what went wrong and how if possible get it to work again.

thnk-u for the reply but cant seem to see a How to recover from a misflashed bios in FAQ.
Only a How to recover a corrupt bios ?is this the 1
