FDD wont read disk in BootBlock

ok, so i make one of these bootable disks with flash utility and bios.bin on it. but the floppy disk doesnt even attempt to read the disk. the green fdd light comes on and stays on and thats all that happens.

my pc just hangs on the "detecting floppy drive A media..."

any ideas?

Have you tried another diskdrive ! Maybe it's defect.
Have you also change your biossettings , first boot floppy!

tried 2 drives, and i cant access the bios all i get its the bootblock screen.
