No post after bios update

I have an asrock 939 dual sata board. During a bios update using windows xp my computer froze. I left it for 2 hours but no joy. Now it wont post,any help. thanks.

bios chip seems to be in a socket which is lucky for you. 2 options:

Thanks Edwin. Do I have to replace the chip or is it possible to reflash at home by download?

if you have a similar or the same motherboard as this one with the same bios chip you can flash it at home, if you use badflash.com you can either send in the original chip or buy a new one.
