BIOS upgarde for Genoa T-Expr PII AGP LX - help

I am looking for a new BIOS upgrade version for the motherboard:
Genoa T-Expr PII AGP LX

Current BIOS ID: 11/19/97 i440LX SMC672 2A69JF2CC-00
BIOS type: Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG
Chipset: Intel 440EX/LX rev 3
Running Windows 2000 v.5.0.2195.

Currently have a problem, the motherboard is not recognizing the USB ports incorporated on the motherboard.
Looking for the further BIOS upgrade version in order to solve this problem.
But the manufacturer Genoa does not exist anymore.

That's a Genoa TurboExpress PII AGP-LX board.
Originally a Freetech/Flexus P6F82 "Aries" board.
