file name to program?? when updating bios

I m attempting to update my bios on motherboard cw35-s.

downloaded updated bios. i run the exe and the first prompt is

file name to program: what do i put in this field?

i put the name of the exe file, name the backup file "backup"

but then it says "source file not found."

please advise.....
