Gigabyte ga965pds3 bios problem

hey all how are we doing ?

just woundering if n e 1 can help me, i have a gigabyte ga 964p ds3 mother board and whilst playing a game its crashed out then as i restarted the computer its came up with bios updating during this i had a power cut ( yes typical i know ) i tryed to start the comp up again and get nothing cant access bios in any way non of the keys work, its just posts then leaves me with a blank screen with a lil white dash flashing in the top left corner, i dont get n e bios beeps or n e thing ? does n e 1 know if there is a way to install a new bios or can i flash bios again some how ?

any help would be appriciated

im pretty sure when they say DO NOT turn off computer during bios update they mean it.

i didnt turn it off i had a power cut, and i think my pc crashed b4 hand due to a power dip prior to the power cut. but yes i agree with you. but am woundering weather there is a way to get it back going again ? if there isnt thats fine ill go buy a new board but i dont want to if i dont have to.

there may be a very slight chance express recovery still works, not sure though, never used that:
