I use Award Flasher v7.x - 8.x ,and when i try to save my old bios to a floppy it hangs up halfway???
So is there another way to save my old bios?? ..I don't dare go on flashing without that backup..
How to save bios before flashing ??
Depending on your board type, you may have to use older version. Or try UniFlash.
Patched and tested BIOSes are at http://wims.rainbow-software.org
UniFlash - Flash anything anywhere
UniFlash - Flash anything anywhere
Forgott to say that when i run the flash program first i got a warning message "Bios image file checksum not zero" , could that be why it hangs upp when saving the old bios version ???
