Using the link "AMI BIOS IDs" on the front page of this website you should have been able to work out that that is Hsing Tech/PC-Chips. - go to http://www.stud.fernuni-hagen.de/q3998142/pcchips/ and click on "Start your journey here if you DO NOT KNOW which board you own! "
