e-support offers me $29.95 for BIOS upgrade.. well problem is i dont have money /credit card... so im expecting someone would help me for free... Thanks.

it is one of those..please report back with the PCB ID (something like 35-C918-XX) AND the code of the PLL (that's the clock generator on the mainboard and it should be either W83194R-39A or ICW-144).

upgrade your chipset/video drivers first and make sure you have 512MB or at the VERY least 256MB of internal memory.

what u mean of upgrade my chipset/display driver?
and as of now i have 384mb ran which i think is sufficient for upgrade.
