Need link to correct bios!

I have an LV-674 motherboard from Commell and I can't find the correct bios upgrade!! I need one that lets me use cpu fsb and multiplier settings. It would be GREATLY appreciated if you could find the file I need!

I need to know how to figure out if my bios is 8 or 4 MB now, I also need to know which of those files to use to unlock the fsb and multiplier options. Sorry for bugging you guys, it's greatly appreciated.
