Newbi Question; Need some help here (Using Patches)

I'm trying to get the patch for the 128gb hard drive support for my BCM QS440BX motherboard.

I have the bios version 2.10 from BCM's site. I downloaded the patch here. but I have no idea how to use it

Do I just add the 540210x.BIN file to it?

Or do I replace the 54021000.bin file with the 540210x file?

Any help would be appreciated; Thanks
