Reboot problems with Windows XP using award modular bios v6

Hello there,

This is my 1st time on a message, so i apologise in advance if this is a duplicate topic.

I have recently been encountering problems with my current bios, award modular v6.00pg. I have recently installed a new hard drive and win XP pro. My hard drive had to replaced as the old one was damaged due to it rebooting all the time and also switching itself without any warning.

However since replacing the hard drive and reinstalling windows I am still encountering the same problems.

Is v6.00 the most update version for award modular bios. I aslo want to add more memory to my PC and USB port PCI card
