(TimeComputers VIA VT8372) Where to find Insyde BIOS update?

Hello. I'm looking for an upgrade for my Insyde BIOS that will let me boot from my new DVD-writer. I've checked Insyde's website, and they say that they don't provide any end-user support. They say to contact the vendor, but I bought it from Time, and Time seems to have shut down or something.

Mr BIOS and BIOS Agent crash whenever I try to use them, but here's a report from Everest:
