Tried Updating bios, messed up the whole thing.

I tried updating the bios because my counter strike source was running really bad. I kept having system faillure, when I run the game, it keeps restarting my computer or quit the game by itself.
I downloaded the bios update from ecs website, tried updating it, and nothing works anymore.

I have:
ecs 915P-A rev. 1.1
Pentium 4 3.0GHz 775 socket
SATA 120 GB
ATI All in Wonder X600 pro 225 mb ddr ram
1 Gb of RAM
Can anyone please tell me how I can reset the Bios?

Your only hope is checking whether the floppy drive is still being accessed or not.
