Update BIOS for Gigabyte GA-7VRX

Hi all, I need some help. My Mobo is a Gigabyte GA-7VRX, my computer has been crashing a lot lately and today a blue screen came up at after it crashed and I restarted telling me to update the BIOS.

The Mobo came with Gigabyte's "@BIOS" update utility, so I ran that and it did it's thing, then when I restarted the computer went bonkers, I didn't see what it all meant but I think it reverted to the back up BIOS chip (it's got dualBIOS).

Now windows is running fine (touch wood!), but I don't know what to do next, if anything. Any advice would be much appreciated.

If Windows is running fine, why would you need to update?

It's not running fine, it still crashes at random, even tho i just reinstalled windows, so i think its a hardware issue. maybe not the bios tho, it seems fine now.
