I have another Question :-
I want to upgrade Bios to solve the Hard drive problem
AS the bios don't read a hard drive larger than 137 GB.
So I Need a Bios upgrade to solve this problem (48 bit lba)
So do these upgrades solve my problem ???

will support up to 137GB. Anything beyond that you need a commercial upgrade or a seperate controller if you want the entire size detected by the bios.

No, you don't. At least as long as you are using a modern OS like Linux, Windows 2000 SP4, Windows XP SP2 or later versions. They ignore the BIOS when it comes to harddisks and you should be thankful ;)so I need a bios upgrade work fine with large hard disk ( larger than 137 GB)
They all support LBA48 out of the box since it is a software 'feature'. And there's really no need for an extra controller or a BIOS update.
