Hi everyone!!!

I need do flash correctly BIOS for MSI K7T266 Pro2 v.2.0 (6380) (VIA KT-266A), because when i tried to flash this chip with amiflash, after reset BIOS is flashed badly (Checksum Error / Bad). I've tried many times, but still it's the same. So my question is: Can I do hot swap this BIOS chip on MSI K7T Turbo Limited R (6330) (VIA KT-133A) or MSI KT4 Ultra (6590) (VIA KT-400)???

Thank you for yours replies.

CMOS checksum error is normal after flashing :!: Just go into SETUP and save the settings.

If you can boot from floppy to flash, can you use Uniflash ?

No, I cannot use UniFlash, because the BIOS chip isn't recognised :( But I change processor speed (A1700+) and I've installed system (Win98SE) without any problems. Then I've installed WinXP. After that I change processor speed to "normal" and system works stable. I think that, the processor is bad :(
