Help upgrading the BIOS on my PC Chips M571 bios

Hi

I am trying to update the BIOS on my old and creaky PC Chips TX II pro motherboard - in order to add a large hard drive

Here is the following info I have been able to glean by using varios recommended utils

i have now managed to successfully get to the PC chips web site and looked at the latest versions of BIOS - however under the M571 chipsets thee appears to be a number of different versions and i'm not sure which version i need to flash with

any help would be gratefuly recieved

You will find the board version printed near the keyboard connector.
