Well because I want to keep up to date as I like to and I have been wanting to do the upgrade ever since I got an e-mail saying I had a upgrade for my bios but it would cost 25 dollars to download. I feel I want to do this. Anyway. This is the info I got from the tiny utility.

MSI 6382 - seems the Bios is an unofficial Beta-version since latest official Bios seems to be 1.1 and yours 1.2 Beta-4
If it ain't broke don't fix it !
