I dont now the manufacturer of this board. There is a number on the board - BX3+- and thats all.

Maybe you can help me...

soo much. I'm very happy right now. Hmmmm... doesn't works I got a message : insufficent memory !!!

Usually means you are running a memory manager (himem.sys etc.) Run the flash utility from a bare bootable diskette, no config.sys or autoexec.bat.
