I had the same problem as many others, my hdd was too large(60gb), so I came on this site(http://wims.rainbow-software.org) and I updated my bios with the patch (http://wims.rainbow-software.org/ajz/Ch ... 206BTS.zip).

Now my bios indicates the 60gb's BUT when I install my os (win2k or xp) he says every time "can't load your operating system, error." (he says at the moment that normally windows should start)

If I put the jumper on the hdd on limit (so that he only uses 32gb) he does boot, but I need the 60gb...

any ideas what I can do?

Somehow I think you are using one large partition and you are not using NTFS...
