Don't run from Windows95 or WindowsNT simluated DOS.

The latest official Bios 021029 as well as the latest OC-Bios chb1129 are for LAN and Non-LAN Boards using some kind of Autodetect

If you have NT W2K or XP please do not create a biosupdate Floppy on your Computer nor copy any files onto disk - possible data loss due to a BUG in the Bios
Use a second computer to create a bootdisk and to copy files onto it

Your board's PCB is V1.0, so the latest V1.x BIOS will do.
Use the flash utility suggested; it's right next to ALL of the releases.
Read the note: "This BIOS is for both of with/without LAN due to BIOS can auto detect LAN"

I have a Rev 1.0 with "0" sticker - one of the first ones arriving in Germany and it runs fine with the chb1129 Bios
I plan to upgrade to a T-Bred"B" 1700 or faster and if I upgrade SSE will be enabled but only with this 021129 Bios
This Bios is hosted on many sites

No, you need to make a DOS boot disk. See www.bootdisk.com
Flash your BIOS at your own risk.
