Bios Agent does not help much with Phoenix Bios

Please boot your PC and press PAUSE/Break key and notic all numbers you see on the first screen - needed to help identifying this Board

Does it come out of a PackBell Dell HP Compaq or similar system ?

Any numbers or something else printed onto the Board looking like a model number ? > Look at the backside too or at the last ISA slot

It's definitely from a "brand" PC. The design is very cheap and a TSOP Flash ROM...
Do keyboard LEDs blink when powering on?

Don't know - looks weird.
Try clearing CMOS - unplug the power from the board, remove the battery and press the top contact of the battery holder for a while to short it with the bottom one.
