Mine is a clone mainboard. The ID is

04/01/1999-i440BX-W977EF-2A69KP3AC-00

need to identify for upgrade bios.

Couldn't find a manufacturer for P3, any chance it could be 2A69KP8AC-00? If it is P8, it would probably be an Azza (Pro Team Computer Corp) motherboard. :)

You will most likely have to make a backup of your current bios with

awdflash /Sy /Pn backup.bin

And somehow I think this is a laptop we're dealing with.

No markings anywhere on the board itself?

the marking is P3BX 1.02, only that
